We built TrueSignal with a security-first mindset. From SHA-256 integrity checks to Row-Level Security, every layer of our infrastructure is designed to keep your confidential business conversations strictly private.
Encryption at Rest
Every transcript, analysis, and uploaded file is encrypted server-side. We utilize AES-256 encryption standards combined with SHA-256 hashing for data integrity. Even if someone accessed the physical drives, your data would look like random noise.
Row-Level Security (RLS)
We enforce strict Row-Level Security policies on our database. This means our database engine physically prevents any query from accessing data that doesn't belong to your authenticated user ID. Cross-tenant data leakage is architecturally impossible.
Private LLM Calls
We use enterprise APIs with a strict Zero Data Retention policy. Your data is processed in memory for the analysis and immediately discarded by the model provider. It is never stored on their servers and never used to train their models.
